How Consent Is Obtained

Call Me obtains consent through an invitation-based opt-in process.

An existing Call Me user may invite a friend, family member, or professional contact to receive availability notifications. The invited recipient receives a one-time SMS invitation identifying the sender and explaining why they are receiving the message.

Example:

"David would like to connect with you using Call Me. Reply YES to receive availability notifications from David. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply."

No additional notifications are sent unless the recipient provides affirmative consent by replying YES.

Once consent is received, the recipient may receive availability notifications and other service-related messages associated with that specific contact.

Consent applies only to the specific Call Me user who sent the invitation. Recipients will not receive notifications from other Call Me users unless they separately opt in.

Message frequency varies based on user activity and availability.

Opt-Out Instructions

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Help Instructions

Recipients may request assistance at any time by replying HELP to any message.
