IN NO EVENT SHALL CALL ME'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO USE THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
